I wish I could act all cool and say that it was The Beatles that got me into rock n roll music but if I'm being honest, it wasn't the pioneers of rock n roll but it began with Linkin Park and (I can probably save some face here) Aersomith. Oh don't judge me - everybody knew the lyrics to In The End like the back of their hand. It was like Eminem's Lose Yourself - you couldn't help but know it word for word. Hybrid Theory is perhaps one of the most memorable albums of that time (I'm downloading it as I type this). So they don't make bands as epic as The Beatles, Soundgarden and Nirvana anymore but I'd rather have Linkin Park than all the other bullshit you hear on the radio these days. Me, furiously filing, stapling, organizing and un cluttering all the paper and files on my desk at work. Also, generating a lot of noise in the process that takes me almost an hour to do. Co-worker walks in after I'm done: "Look at your desk! It's a mess!" I give up.
